It was a black tank top for 72.00?! I have tons of black tank tops. I did not want a 72.00 one. It has been going on over a month now, no response from customer service or billing!
The person that was trying to help me put my account on hold, so no more styling until this is figured out. Well that very week there was a charge for 21.00 for styling fee?! I cant win. No they have 93.00 of mine, no refund.
I was calling and texting every day, no help at all! Im so frustrated!!

Terrible, I don’t recommend
It has been well over a month and still no resolution, no contact by anyone in the refund/billing department. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never do business with this company again. Terrible customer service.
Please take care of this. I will continue to reach out to other organizations to help resolve this. You charged me $72.00 for the clothing, then to add insult to injury, you went ahead and charged me a style fee after being told by your customer service department that they would put everything on hold until this is resolved!

first of all the name Pissed Consumer, just shows you dont take the complaints seriously. My edit this month was completely handled unprofessionally and illegally.
I sent several emails, which were ignored to try to ensure the charges would not be charged to my card on file until
1 November. I had changed my debit card number on file and it needed to be updated and I had not done that yet. I checked out on time, but never received confirmation email that you received the email, only a AI generated email saying you were having high volume of calls and someone would get with me. No one ever did.
So, not only will reviews be posted to Yelp and Google, but I am also now reporting you to the BBB (which you already have, so your indifference is clear there also) and Im also reporting this activity to the Consumer Protection Agency.
This activity and total disregard and lack of accountability and respect toward me in trying to rectify this problem was unnecessary and very unprofessional. I will never do business with you again.

I got one of the CozyOctober boxes. I kept 2 items and was charged $191.00.
Really! I think there needs to be a refund on that. 2 items??? 191.00.

I extended deadline to 5 days. Of course a weekend and holiday was keeping it from being processed back to the company within that 5 days,
Never received my box and nobody contacted me
- I was charged $500 after returning my intimates box.
- I have not received my October box; I prefer Stitch Fix and this is my third attempt.
I sent my intimates box back and am still being charged $500..
I have not even received my October box. The only reason I got the intimates was because you gave me a deal.
So far I rather deal with stitch fix.

So I looked at my checking account on the 5th of July to find that Wantable had charged my bank account with two charges: the holiday special and the regular price. I called to inquire the morning of the 5th, and they were gracious enough to return both charges back to my bank card. The team there was very polite in doing so.
